Donna Webster is the Associate Director of People and Culture at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.  She began her career as a graphic designer with Nike in the Netherlands before extending her skills into the wider communications sector.  Donna has now worked in NHS communications for 12 years and during the COVID pandemic she developed some game-changing methods of staff engagement as a result of which she was awarded the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s birthday honours list, for services to NHS communications.
